Just started my journey with motorcycles. I have been researching for months on what my first bike should be and I narrowed it down to a Ninja 400. I had a great experience here from the staff. Mason greeted us as soon as we entered, Martin showed us around the showroom and showed us possible other good starter bikes. They would periodically check on us in a good way as I thought things through.I agreed to purchase the Ninja 400 and Anthony closed the paperwork efficiently and answered all my questions. I felt I got a fair deal and it looks like other folks did as well. They probably sold 3 other bikes during the time we were there. Justin assisted us with loading the Ninja on our truck and we drove back with no problems. He gave us tips on how to unload the bike safely and it worked like a charm. You can tell the staff there has a passion for motorcycles they do a great job.
jensen utv and excavators is definitely the place to go for your power sports needs. The folks here are genuinely interested and very knowledgeable about all things you may need. They have a full service center with many different parts for different items in stock ready for install. Not my first time here and definitely not my last.
I bought A 2015 Polaris RZR great price great people to work with. Love my new side-by-side. The new showroom is great and all the items there are awesome. I am going back for one next summer.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2020 Kawasaki Mule at this dealership. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Their selection is impressive, pricing is straightforward and fair. I don't think we have anything else like them here in the west coast. I would check here before going to the franchised dealers to avoid hidden fees and the usual dealer games. Would not be surprised if we end up buying here again
We ended up buying a quad for my son. It was a perfect experiance. Mason helped us every step of the way. His professionalism and fast responses won our business. We ride it daily and its awesome. Perfect price! I highly recommend Mason at jensen utv and excavators.
So although I've never been to this shop I did buy a bike from someone that originally got it from here. I had a few questions about it so I shot them a message and the responded right back being helpful and answered all my questions. Will definitely buy bike from them in the future.
I was looking for a new 4 wheeler after shopping around well actually I called and left messages because of the shelter in place orders. I called quiet a few dealers! Mason form jensen utv and excavators was the only person that called back! I asked him for a specific model which he said they had in stock. Mason was very accommodating as I asked specific questions, When I was ready to buy They offered the 4 wheeler to me at a better price compared to what a more local dealer that I eventually got ahold of.. Not only did they do that, but mason had it shipped to my door in 6 days. Saved me lots of hours of driving! jensen utv and excavators went above and beyond to make a deal with me. After the sell Susan also followed up on the Paper work and to see if I had any questions or concerns with my purchase. I can't say enough about the customer service I received this place is fantastic.
